Tronix LED sheets are the result of months of development and testing. The basis of the sheets is an ultra-thin, lightweight and flexible LED sheet that can easily be mounted behind or under a counter top or finishing plate made of glass, colored plastic or translucent natural stone. Various test projects now clearly show the unique possibilities in ambiance and experience.
A good example is using the Tronix LED sheet under an onyx countertop in the basement of a spacious city villa and under a similair top in a car showroom. But also the combination with an onyx back wall in the bathroom of a luxury home, where the LED sheets not only send light through the material surface, but also accentuates the attractive color shades, veins and crystal structure of the natural stone in a subtle way.
Tronix Lighting's LED backgroundsheets have a standard size of 50.3 x 23 cm and can be linked modularly. In addition, the sheets can be cut into any desired shape. Combined with a flexible and bendable structure, a wide range of applications becomes possible. Special shapes, patterns, curves or dimensions are not a problem with this product.
A clever layout of the LED sheets guarantees a uniform light output at minimum power. The powerful double layer PCB ensures a uniform light output without color changes. Depending on the situation and user requirements, different power levels are possible. In addition, we provide several LED-sheet variants in single color, tuneable white and RGBW, which offers a wide range of light colors.
Tronix Lighting's lighting specialists are happy to calculate how many LED sheets are required for each project, where the power supply points should be located and how to control them best. Only then the maximum effect of the LED sheets can be experienced. Tronix Lighting also supervises the assembly.
All Tronix LED sheets come standard with a high-quality, double-sided 3M tape. Also included as standard is a ‘Dibond sandwich’ mounting plate, which contributes to the cooling of the LEDs. Silicone spacers guarantee a perfect minimum distance between the sandwich plate and the glass, plastic or natural stone finish plate.
Installation of LED sheets requires specific knowledge and skills. Therefore, they are only sold and mounted by specialized dealers, who are trained by Tronix Lighting.
